Susie’s Roasted Artichokes
This sounds like a quick way to make some fanciness, so go forth and fancy it up!

1 jar ( flora ) marinated artichokes with stems
olive oil
1/2-1 cup of panko bread crumbs
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
red pepper flakes
parsley

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Arrange artichokes in oven proof dish, set aside

Toast bread crumbs in olive oil, garlic, few dashes each of red pepper flakes and parsley on a foil-lined cookie sheet

Sprinkle over artichokes in their dish

Drizzle some olive oil over all, or maybe just the oil from the jar

Sue also tucks some sliced cherry tomatoes in between the artichokes

Bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly
