Rum Balls

These look fantastic for wintertime soirees! I bet they're real yummy too, but haven't made them. I need a Keahon to speak for them! Where's my Keahon?

Prep Time45 mins
 1 cup of crushed vanilla wafers
 1 cup of confectioner's (10x) sugar
 1 1/2 cup of nuts (walnuts, but other nuts could be interesting)
 2TB cocoa
 2TB lite corn syrup
 1/4 cup of rum, bourbon or brandy
 1/2 cup of granulated sugar

In a large bowl, mix wafer crumbs, sugar, 1 cup of the nuts of your choosing, and cocoa

Add the corn syrup and liquor and mix well

Shape into balls and roll some of them in the granulated sugar and some in the remaining nuts

**Do NOT bake!**

Refrigerate for 30 minutes and then serve
