Nanny’s Chicken a la King
Yummy, cozy meal, I like adding some fresh sauteed mushrooms to this to liven it up a bit.

1 1/2-2lbs. chicken breasts or cutlets
1 can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup (condensed, stayin condensed)
2oz. of pimentos
2 cups of rice
S&P
Optional

Boil chicken and let cool slightly on a plate

While chicken is cooling, cook rice and set aside

Break chicken up with fingers, into shredded bits and bite-sized pieces

Put chicken pieces, can of STILL-condensed soup and pimentos in a shallow saute pan
5
Stir together over low heat until warmed through
6
Pour sauce over cooked rice on plates
