Mom’s Chicken Soup

First Day
 3-4lbs. chicken (preferably on bone)
 1 onion, sliced
 2 stalks of celery, chopped in 1/2" bits
 2 carrots, chopped in 1/4" bits
 1 garlic clove
 2 chicken bouillon cubes
 3 cups of water (cover 1/2 the chicken)
Second Day
 1/2 of a chick
