Chicken a la KeahonBy HeatherLeighThe family's namesake chicken dish that has everyone fighting for seconds. Goes great with rice actually, to lighten the mouthfeel from this decadent chicken, but it's so tasty I'm sure gruel would be a lovely accompaniment.
Granna’s MeatloafBy HeatherLeighThis classic meatloaf is so tasty, but also a good foundational recipe that allows for chef's intuition throughout. Personally, I like buffalo or venison and sauteed onions on top, but a more tomato-y or bbq version is nice as well!
