Sue’s Roasted Shrimp Cocktail

Who wants bland shrimp cocktail when you can have this! Serve while the shrimp is still warm.

Shrimp
 1-2 lbs. of large-jumbo shrimp
 olive oil
 S&P
 red pepper flakes
Cocktail Sauce
 1/2 cup chili sauce
 1/2 cup ketchup
 horseradish
 Worcestershire sauce
 Tabasco
 lemon juice

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees

Toss your shrimp with olive oil, S&P and red pepper flakes

Place on a cookie sheet for 8 minutes( or longer if jumbo shrimp)

While your shrimp are cooking, make your homemade cocktail sauce

Stir all cocktail sauce ingredients together, adding the 4 remaining ingredients to taste

Serve!
