Mom’s Bread Pudding
This recipe is so yummy and works in a bunch of scenarios! Playing around with bread and sweet vs. savory proportions can turn this into a great side dish too like Yorkshire Pudding!

3 cups of milk
3TB butter
1/4 cup of sugar
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
Vanilla extract
Ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2
Lay chunks of bread in a loaf pan, set aside
3
Heat milk, butter, sugar and salt until it all melts together
4

6
Pour this mixture over the bread in baking dish
