Keahon Breakfast Souffle
A go-to at the holidays; it's easy to make the day before and just reheat in the morning, very much impressing your guests 😉 Could easily be a dinnertime entree as well and I bet chorizo is a tasty variation on the pork sausage!

1lb pork sausage, chopped
9-10 eggs
3 cups of milk
1 1/2tsp dry mustard
3 slices of bread, cubed
1tsp salt
1 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
Crazy Salt
Garlic powder
1
Saute the sausage in pan. Set aside and let cool to room temperature
2
Grease a 9"x13" baking pan
3
In a large bowl, beat the eggs
4
Add all of the remaining ingredients, beating well
5
Pour into pan and refrigerate overnight (or at least an hour or two)
6
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
7
Bake uncovered in oven for about an hour or until set
