Keahon Breakfast Souffle

A go-to at the holidays; it's easy to make the day before and just reheat in the morning, very much impressing your guests 😉 Could easily be a dinnertime entree as well and I bet chorizo is a tasty variation on the pork sausage!

 1lb pork sausage, chopped
 9-10 eggs
 3 cups of milk
 1 1/2tsp dry mustard
 3 slices of bread, cubed
 1tsp salt
 1 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
 Crazy Salt
 Garlic powder

Saute the sausage in pan. Set aside and let cool to room temperature

Grease a 9"x13" baking pan

In a large bowl, beat the eggs

Add all of the remaining ingredients, beating well

Pour into pan and refrigerate overnight (or at least an hour or two)

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees

Bake uncovered in oven for about an hour or until set
