Granna’s Meatloaf
This classic meatloaf is so tasty, but also a good foundational recipe that allows for chef's intuition throughout. Personally, I like buffalo or venison and sauteed onions on top, but a more tomato-y or bbq version is nice as well!

1 pound ground beef
1/2 yellow onion (can also use an entire onion), roughly chopped
dash worcestershire sauce (or to taste)
few dashes of steak seasoning (also to taste)
few dashes of garlic powder
S&P to taste
1/4 cup of tomato paste/sauce (chunky though!)
1 egg, beaten
breadcrumbs
1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2
Lightly grease a bread loaf pan
3
Mush together all ingredients except breadcrumbs
4
Add breadcrumbs until the mush can hold it's own
5
Smush into pan and bake for 40-50 minutes!
