Granna’s Meatloaf

This classic meatloaf is so tasty, but also a good foundational recipe that allows for chef's intuition throughout. Personally, I like buffalo or venison and sauteed onions on top, but a more tomato-y or bbq version is nice as well!

 1 pound ground beef
 1/2 yellow onion (can also use an entire onion), roughly chopped
 dash worcestershire sauce (or to taste)
 few dashes of steak seasoning (also to taste)
 few dashes of garlic powder
 S&P to taste
 1/4 cup of tomato paste/sauce (chunky though!)
 1 egg, beaten
 breadcrumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Lightly grease a bread loaf pan

Mush together all ingredients except breadcrumbs

Add breadcrumbs until the mush can hold it's own

Smush into pan and bake for 40-50 minutes!
