Aunt Jane’s Rum Cake
Aunt Jane's scRUMptious rum cake! Sounds pretty rum-tastic, but still safe for the kiddos . . . perhaps in small quantities though 🙂

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine all and beat on med/high for three minutes, scraping bowl as needed
Pour into a greased Bundt pan and cook for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
Let cool
Combine all glaze ingredients in small saucepan and boil until all sugar is dissolved
Use skewers or toothpicks to make lots of small holes into your rum cake
Carefully spoon glaze over cake, focusing on the holes
Continue until your cake is quite soaked
Save and warm any remaining glaze to serve on slices
